Reservations for Banner Space will be accepted 7 days prior to the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters.

To make a room reservation, please contact Student Union Event Services via e-mail unionres@mail.ucf.edu or by phone 407-823-3677. UCF Student Union Patio Space Request Form

Patio Table reservations include a 6'x30" table and two chairs per space. No sales may take place unless a Market Day Table is scheduled with the Student Union Event Services Office. Market Day tables are available on Wednesdays only and will incur fees.

Patio Stage reservations can be booked Monday-Friday. The UCF Sound Policy permits amplified sound between the hours of 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. If you would like to have amplified sound, please request equipment below. If you need any other equipment other than listed below, your organization will be responsible for bringing that equipment.

An event planner will review your request and contact you regarding the availability and/or status of your request.
