EVENT PLANNING >> MEMORY MALL

This area is a large green field. It is primarily reserved for outdoor concerts, and events.

Reservation requests can be made by emailing unionres@mail.ucf.edu. Requests must be made at LEAST three weeks in advance and use of the space is contingent on the approval of a SAFE form. Additionally, a Temporary Event Permit needs to be completed and attached with the SAFE form. SAFE forms must be turned into OSI at least 15 days prior to the event date.

If you are having a food vendor, catering must be provided by a Student Union approved vendor.

Events will not be approved until proper documents have been completed.
